My name is Nicholas Smith and I have been with G&H Management since 2008. I enjoy working with clients and customers to find them the best fit for all of their real estate needs. I specialize in property management, apartment rentals, leasing of privately owned properties, and residential and commercial sales.
Personal Background
I am 26 years old and have lived in the midwest all of my life. I was born in Faribault, MN and moved to Illinois when I was young where my family and I lived until I was about 17. We then moved back to the Faribault area. I went to college at UMD and graduated with a degree in Psychology and Sociology. After college I moved back to Faribault and pursued a career in Real Estate. I have enjoyed working in Real Estate a great deal and I love meeting and working with new clients.

I have professional experience in the fields of real estate/business, psychology & sociology, and hospitality.
Real Estate Experience
I currently have 3 years of experience in the field of real estate with emphasis on property management. I have completed the Minnesota Multi-Housing’s Certified Residential Manager Course and have completed Kaplan’s Licensed Real Estate Agent Course. I currently manage a portfolio of apartment buildings for several different owners in several different locations and cities throughout southern Minnesota. I also hold my Minnesota State Real Estate Agent License at my current agency.
Business Experience
I am currently one of the owners and CEO of Smith & Kramer Properties, LLC. Smith & Kramer Properties is an investment LLC that specializes in the acquisition and management of investment properties. The company’s goals are to maximize profits while increasing the value of investments over time.
Psychology & Sociology Experience
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth in the fields of Psychology and Sociology. I completed the UROP Program while finishing my studies and was awarded funding for research during the program.
Experience in Hospitality
I worked in the food service industry for 6 years during high school and college. This experience helped me polish my customer service skills and working in fast paced environments
